Alexandros Kokkalides - Thracian Lyra
This book is the result of many years of dealing with the Thracian lyre, regarding its learning, teaching, construction and history. It is a musical instrument with three strings. The songs he represents are short in length. It is difficult to play anything other than Thracian music.
Nevertheless, Thracian music is so rich in rhythms, melodies, ornaments, etc. This book is therefore a step further, so that the next generations can find the foundations that we did not find and can be taught the lyre either in conservatories, music schools, or in higher education and they in turn go even further.
